Josianne Gaudette is the founder of Crew HR and is a certified Professional in Human Resources with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Josianne has worked as an HR Director and consultant for over a decade, working in the media, hospitality, non-profit, and manufacturing sectors as well as recruiting executives for many of North America’s leading organizations.
Business savvy, Josianne has an entrepreneur’s mind having started, operated, and sold several businesses of her own in various fields. She understands the challenges that both employees and employers face and is able to provide solutions that result in a productive and engaged workforce, higher profits, and fulfilled goals.
