Courtney comes to Crew HR with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, working with both independent and luxury brands. After working in hospitality management, it was the drive to foster a positive and organized work environment that transitioned Courtney to Human Resources. She jumped in headfirst and began honing her skills on the ground in Human Resources teams across the hospitality industry!
Courtney is ambitious, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. She brings strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mind to the Crew Team and Crew Clients. Courtney currently lives in Port McNeill with her two kids, pup, and husband!
